I am so sorry, Katie. I SO know what you are going through. Last year I had insomnia bad for a few weeks do to a medication I was taking. NOT FUN. I wish I lived closer to come give you a break. {{{{HUGS}}}}
Join the CLUB! Except I don't have insomnia... just middle-of-the-night nursing. Either way it =s sleep deprivation. Hope you can feel my empathy and that you can start sleeping again soon.
sorry! have to admit that is my problem too except i would change the "insomnia" to "little kids that want to snuggle all night". not cute. have you tried unisom? it is the only thing i miss about being pregnant. hang in there. kinda nice to know that i am not the only crabby mom!:)
Welcome to my world. It is of comfort to me to know I am not the only one who freaks out at my kids. I usually cope by taking them to McDonald's (which has been too frequently lately). We NEVER go in to the play place because that would only exacerbate the problem. Fortunately they are content sitting in the KMart parking lot while they eat their lunch and I stuff my face with a double cheeseburger and diet Coke. Mmmmm...starting to sound good right about now...
