UNDER CONTRACT!!!
We bought a house, or at least we have it under contract and are closing May 15th. It is beautiful, and I can't wait to get my hands on it! Our home here has had tons of showings, but no offers yet, so we are hoping that works out as smoothly as the house hunting did. Check it out! That red dining room where they painted right over the pretty faux paneling is my first project.

I like Em's notes. I feel the same way about Jaron and am often too hard on him. Jaron doesn't write notes to people so much as he makes signs for everything. It is fun.

Not that your house needs a makeover because it's fully so rad but I love moving into a brand new place and making it look just exactly how you want it!
i am so excited for you guys!!! the house is BEAUTIFUL!!! i won't tell you how much more we payed for ours *sigh*. gotta love texas.
as for the shadow boxing in the dining room, my vote is the bottom half white and the top half a chocolate brown!:)

I'm so excited for you guys! Just like Tammy, I can't wait to help out with the painting, etc... also, I'm still daydreaming about that amazing neighborhood pool. I can't wait til summer! Yes, I've already invited myself and the kids to your place for summer hangouts. :) Your pool is much cooler than ours. So have you decided on colors yet for the house?!!
I'm a neutral and brown kind of girl, but I love lots of color in the accents.
ohmygosh! It looks great! Cant wait to see it with all your little touch's. Dont forget to post pictures when you get it all decorated.
