Well Susanne, I'll tell you (since it is all I'm talking about lately). I had my doubts. I'm not a good cook. But that recipe was fool proof. The chalupa mix was effin' awesome. Thanks to Sis. Clarke, Kate, You and Michelle for talking about it, and Catherine for creating Food for Thought. Okay, that's my last official comment about pork. I'm out.
I loved that youtube clip so much that I posted it on my family blog. So, thanks for the idea Kate! Oh and after hearing so many compliments regarding the chalupa mix recipe, I'm trying it this weekend while my parents are in town. Can't wait!!!
